The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at any time without disclosing a reason.  In the event of cancellation by the Company of any booking, the liability of the Company shall be limited to the deposit of monies paid.
						The deposit is a booking fee and in the event of cancellation by the customer the deposit will be forfeited.
						The Company reserves the right to terminate the visit of any person whose conduct is considered detrimental to the Park or to the comfort of other customers.
						The Company does not accept responsibility to any customer (including children) for any personal injury or inconvenience, loss or damage to persons or property.  You must ensure that children in your party are properly supervised at all times, especially in the play area.
						Any alteration to your party must be notified in advance and receive prior approval.  Under no circumstances will the Company allow overcrowding.
						Dogs are welcome strictly by prior arrangement.  Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the seating of any lodge and it is up to their owner to bring a dog basket or bedding.  Dogs are normally restricted to one per lodge and must never be left unattended.  Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the Park and must be exercised off the Park.  We are, however, aware that accidents do happen and we then insist that owners do the responsible thing and clear up after their pets.
						Keys to your lodge will be available at the office from 3.00pm on your arrival day.  Please return keys to the office by 10.00am on your departure day, when an inventory check will be made.  You should allow 20 minutes for this.  Payment for any loss or damage to premises or contents must be made prior to departure.  A charge of £5 will be made for lost or non-returned keys.
						All bed linen must be supplied by the customer (unless hired through the Company).  If there are young children in your party, waterproof protection sheets must be used on the mattresses.  Please note that some lodges have 2' 6" wide beds.
						No touring caravans, motorhomes, tents, trailers, boats, learner drivers or motorbikes are allowed on the Park.  No bicycles, inflated dinghies or other such objects are allowed inside your lodge.
						You must agree to abide by the Park Rules which are in the lodge information folder
						Please remember these conditions are not intended to restrict your enjoyment, they are rules to be observed to ensure EVERYBODY'S enjoyment.
